Bay Ridge is a beautiful community in Annapolis located along the banks of the Chesapeake Bay and the mouth of the Severn River. By water we are 2 miles to down town and the Naval Academy. By land we are 4.5 miles to down town.

It is a very large home on three levels.  There is a large private back yard with grill and lots of room for a cookout.  The home is one block from the main neighborhood beach (Mayo beach).  All the beaches in Bay Ridge are open to residents and renters (you cannot park along the beach so it is really only accessible by residents and their guests).  Bay Ridge also has a marina and pool club house that can be rented out for private parties.

This newly-built home has three levels with all the room and amenities you would need for short and long stays in the historic Chesapeake Bay-side community of Bay Ridge. It is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath new construction cape cod home (fully furnished and stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, etc..).

Hardwood floors throughout. There is high speed internet throughout the house and 4 large smart TV’s.
